Raw Pet Food

My dog was always an avid eater that was not at all picky. I fed her a variety of freeze dried raw foods and at the advice of her integrative vet, had recently added a frozen raw food, which she seemed to like. But suddenly she stopped wanting to eat and I had to coax her just to eat about half her food. After taking her to the vet to insure she had no health issues, I experimented with different brands of freeze dried raw foods, but what gave her back her appetite and started her eating again was switching her frozen raw food to Steve's Real Food frozen raw food. She loves it and I love how easy it is to feed her. She's small, only 15 lbs, so I get the nuggets. Every night I portion out her nuggets for the next day and thaw them overnight in the refrigerator. She's so anxious for her meals that she sits next to me while I fix her dish and because the nuggets are so convenient, I offer her one while she waits, an appetizing teaser of what's to come. 😉 I love that the ingredients are real whole food, locally and responsibly sourced, and pet-appropriately balanced. It's not highly processed and there are no artificial or synthetic ingredients added. It scores 10 out of 10 on my dog food review website, checking all the boxes that meet my high quality standards for good health, and she loves it. I'm so thankful I found Steve's brand of frozen raw pet food!! I highly recommend it!!!

Arrived in good shape still frozen. I mix it in with some soft food to transition over to more raw food. Plan to use raw food as a supplement to kibble and soft food.

I bought the variety pack and have only opened the whitefish raw food so far. This flavor is new for them and they seem to really like it. I had previously purchased beef and chicken, which they also liked.
