At RawPetFood.com we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with our pet food. Due to the perishable nature of the food, we do not accept returns of the product. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible after receiving your delivery. If you feel the food arrived at an unsafe temperature, we require that you send us photos of the product within 5 hours of receiving the shipment. The delivery time is determined by what is shown on the shipper’s website. Depending on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, replace all or part of the food at our expense.
