At RawPetFood.com we do what we can to ensure you are satisfied with our pet food. Due to the perishable nature of the food, we do not accept returns of the product. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. If you feel the food arrived at an unsafe temperature, we require that you send us photos of the product within 5 hours of receiving the shipment. The delivery time is determined by what is shown on the shipper’s website. Depending on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, replace all or part of the food at our expense, or provide you with Credits for the food that will automatically be applied to future RawPetFood.com deliveries.
In certain circumstances, such as if we want to thank you for your patience with a delayed delivery we may provide you appreciation credits that will be automatically applied to your next order on RawPetFood.com. Credits are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash or other property. Credits remain available for 1 year after issuing them. If for some reason, you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your Credit balance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
