We ship frozen orders out Mon-Thurs in order of shipping radius. Our shipping facility is in Tulsa, OK. Orders that have a 4 day transit time ship out first on Mondays, followed by orders that have a transit time of 3 days on Tuesday/Wednesday, and orders with a transit of 1 to 2 days are shipped on Wednesday/Thursday. Orders are delivered between Thursday-Saturday.

I have been using Steve’s for the past 2 years now. Wow, is all I can say! The difference in my two miniature dachshund’s is amazing! Their skin issues have gone away, their coats are shiny, their weight is perfect and they are very energetic at 10! Still like puppies! They gobble it up. Beef is the favorite but we do rotate through the other protein's. It’s only good ingredients no fillers or additives. I have recommended it several times. I live in Florida so I buy local during the summer but do the auto ship in the winter. Highly recommend!

Love that your food is food and has no added ingreedients like vitamins and minerals! It allows me to add the things that each of my dogs need, which are different. Dogs always finish their meals.
