Our Impact

  • Our motto says it all. We believe caring for pets means caring for the ground they walk on. From responsibly sourced ingredients and efficient manufacturing practices to our Interzero-certified packaging, we continuously look for ways to reduce our environmental impact. We use recyclable corrugated cardboard boxes for our larger product sizes and incorporate post-consumer recycled plastic into our #4-rated plastic bags, which can be recycled through local store drop-off programs. We also partner with 4ocean to remove 20,000 pounds of plastic from the ocean each year as we work toward our goal of achieving plastic neutrality.

By thoughtfully sourcing our ingredients, we honor the animals that help nourish the pets we love.

From responsibly sourcing ingredients to thoughtfully crafting safe, high-quality nutrition, we are committed to transparency, education, and providing customers with the resources they need to make informed decisions for their pets. Our dedicated, U.S.-based Customer Service Team is here to offer knowledgeable, personal support and help pet parents feel confident at every step.
