How We Ship

All orders are shipped in insulated containers with enough dry ice to keep the food frozen during its ground transport. We will ship orders as quickly as we can, however, due to the perishable nature of the food we may not be able to ship your product the same week you order it. If your order will take 3 days for ground transportation and you place your order on Thursday, we will not ship it until the following week so that it does not sit in UPS’s warm warehouse over the weekend.

Shipping is free when you order 20lbs or more or $7.99 per item ordered if your order is under 20lbs


HOW SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Your order Is shipped frozen in an insulated cooler and packed with dry ice to ensure that your food remains frozen during transit. The dry ice may dissipate by the time you receive your order, but the temperature controlled container will stay cool. If your food arrives at refrigerator temperature and the nuggets are still in the tater-tot shape, it is perfectly safe to refreeze and does not affect the quality or safety of this product.


WHAT DAY IS THE BEST DAY TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Most orders ship on Tuesday however we will ship them as soon as we can if we can be certain that it will arrive to you frozen. Most commonly it will take a week to receive your order. We do recommend to setup a subscription to ensure you do not have to wait for food. With a subscription, you will receive an email reminder that the order is shipping the Friday before the week it will ship.


WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you will receive tracking information sent to the email you provide.


WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can login to your account and remove any order or active subscription. All changes to orders must be made by noon MST the Sunday before it ships. If you miss that deadline, we will do our best to make the changes, but we cannot guarantee that the change will be made. Once your order has shipped you cannot cancel your order. You are responsible for providing us with your correct shipping address. If you need us to change your shipping address once your order is in transit, you will be responsible for all extra fees charged from Ups or Fed Ex. If your order is delayed because you provided us with the wrong shipping address, we not be responsible for the food if it is no longer good.
